01. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application provided by Alfi AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our applications.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

02. User Accounts

Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

03. Subscriptions & Payments

Some of our apps operate on a subscription basis.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings after purchase.
  • Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial periods.

04. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alfi AI and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Turkey and foreign countries.

05. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alfi AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
